Who we are
The Representative for Severely Disabled Persons is committed to the rights and interests of severely disabled and equivalent employees at HMT Leipzig. We support, advise and represent those affected in all matters relating to the employment relationship. Our aim is to promote equal opportunities and an inclusive working environment. The representative for severely disabled persons at HMT Leipzig is Victoria Klein.

- Sächsiches Integrationsamt: The Integration Office offers counselling and financial support for severely disabled people in working life and for employers.
- Agentur für Arbeit: The Agentur für Arbeit offers special counselling for employees with disabilities.
