If you have duly completed your studies, you will be automatically de-registered by the Examinations Office.
The date of de-registration is based on compliance with the standard period of study. If you complete your studies within this period, you will be de-registered at the end of the semester (31 August or 28 February).
If you graduate after the end of the standard period of study, you will be de-registered one day after the last examination. This can also be done retroactively if, for example, the assessment of your final thesis is delayed.
Please submit your study book in person or scanned by email to the person responsible for your degree programme at the Examinations Office.
